ေဒါသျဖစ္ျခင္းဟာ သူတစ္ပါးရဲ႕အျပစ္ကုိ ကုိယ့္အျပစ္ျဖစ္ေအာင္ လုပ္ယူျခင္းပါ။ ပုထုဇဥ္မွန္သမွ် ေဒါသနဲ႔ မကင္းၾကပါ။ ဒါေပမဲ့ ေဒါသကုိ ရုန္းကန္မထြက္ေအာင္ ထိန္းသိမ္းမွ ကုိယ့္မွာအမွားနည္းၿပီး အက်ိဳးမ်ားမွာပါ။ ေဒါသမွာ ခ်မ္းသာမႈမရွိဘဲ ေမတၱာမွာသာ ခ်မ္းသာျခင္း ရွိပါတယ္။ ကုိယ့္အတြက္ေရာ အမ်ားအတြက္ပါ ခ်မ္းသာျခင္းရခ်င္တယ္ဆုိရင္ ေဒါသနဲ႔မရင္းႏွီးဘဲ ေမတၱာနဲ႔ရင္းႏွီးရမယ္။
Hatred (Dosa) makes one have the fault of others to be of oneself. All worldly persons could not stay without hatred. However, it will be beneficial and faultless if one can control the hatred not to go beyond. There is no happiness in the hatred. There is happiess in loving-kindness (Metta). So, if one wants happiness, one has to invest Metta but not hatred.
